Same time from the last poster

Players get one point for each minute since the last post. However, if your minutes is between the previous two posters' minutes (inclusive), you get triple points! Double posts are ignored unless they post after the bonus window expires.

P2 | Post at 06:27 | Scores 64 x3 (as between 60 and 36)
P1 | Post at 07:10 | Scores 43 (not between 60 and 64)

Does it matter which if the two previous posters received higher score from their previous post?

Nah it just has to be between. This post is 1h40 from the last post, and that's not between 1h58 (first gap) and 3h55 (seond gap), so it doesn't get the bonus. If the next post posts between 1h40 (second gap) and 3h55 (first gap) from this post, they get the bonus. It just has to be at elast the lower gap and not more than the higher gap.
