2562: "Formatting Meeting"

Title text: Neither group uses iso 8601 because the big-endian enthusiasts were all at the meeting 20 years ago.

Wouldn't both formats more usually write 02/03 than 2/3?

I'd generally write 2/3 (without leading zeros) (or Feb 2 or February 2) unless I was using yyyy-mm-dd.

I used to always use 02/03, but as I've grown and matured have opted for the simpler 2/3.
