Title text: In my reboot, Dennis the Menace was just trying to send Mr. Wilson a nice comet, but accidentally wiped out his dinosaur garden.
I only care about the UK Dennis the Menace, and he did encounter aliens once. They took the form of TVs because they thought TVs ruled all life on Earth!

Obligatory mention of Ford Prefect and the short animated film
What on Earth!, both of which do this with cars.

The same UK Dennis cartoon mentions Vogons once - I can't remember if it was in the same episode.
