Title text: My bold criticism might anger the hot air balloon people, which would be a real concern if any of them lived along a very narrow line directly upwind of me.


Does scooter mean the step-through motorcycle or the kick-scotter kind? Either way I'm not sure about the placement on the danger axis.

Electric.... kick-scooters (or whatever they're actually called) exist, they're actually a bit of a menace on the streets around here because nobody's quite sure what rules apply to them and the people riding them apparenlty interpret that as no rules (occasionally that seems to include those of a physical rather than legislative persuasion).

Yeah, okay but that then doesn't answer my question about whether Randall meant the kick-scooter design or the step-through motorcycle design
