I've been agonising in my own private scumchat.

At the end of the day, I have to kill Fred tonight because of his ability, which means I have to convince Thea to vote for moody over me.

The problem is, killing Fred makes me look scummy. He's going to target me when he gets voted off.

So most likely going to be in the final 3 ELO as town since I am never NKed, a record which is not likely to be upset this game. Two other times I was scum in this scenario, once in a Dethy game which doesn't really count, and once against Madge. Too bad it's most likely going to be her who is the scum in this one, as I could remind her about how confident I was in that one versus how tentative I'm going to be now. Night ends about 11pm my time, so I'm going to be in bed for the first 8 hours of the day give or take. If it's Fred and Madge voting eachother when I actually do get to look at the thread, my head is going to explode since that would make me kingmaker with it being game point.

well, now we're in endgame and i'm scared

i struggled with who to vote out to the point where my husband helped me draw up a probability chart

in the end of the day my husband was the one who said "kill thea, because it's best for moody to kill thea"

i think he's right: i think that thea was souring on me by YesterDay, and feeling better about moody.

i also think that thea is a bit wiser to my tricks and manipulative nature than fred is

i'm hoping this Day will be the Day that bessie and frankly everyone points to when they say that I'm really good and slippery as scum and am terrifying, and i'll get super frustrated next game i play and (likely) roll town on because people will vote me off on principal

and y'know, if they'd done that to me D1 instead of taking one of my performative slips as a townslip and ignoring the other performative slip that Seven briefly needled, then the course of the game would not have rested in the hands of one perosn
