With that, I'd think scum kill her for her Wam read. It's possible they killed her for mentioning Boomfrog seems different. Yet, there was more pressure towards Boom from myself and Heury. So, I think it's partly that, and her Wam read. Also possibly because she was correct on hippo + wam. I feel it's something like that which would make her a valuable kill for scum. They know she'd tunnel one of them, and would be a good support on their wagon.

Nothing about Wam pings me as town, and this is the only post I can glean from him, and it just pings as weird. Wam

Please try to skim at the very least. Bessie and I as well, value your ability to piece things together, however that would require you to read through Day 1. I have to remind you that Day 1 (and early game) is the most important, next to end of day. I town read your slot, and their outburst really felt like frustrated town absolutely done with this game, so I do want your 2 cents. Yet also this pings me as town as well. I don't think you say this as scum.

I voted Boom to let Huery cook. I didn't think it'd gain traction with the time we had left but I wanted to try anyway in case we somehow got an elim for Boom. I already scumread Boom and have him in my compromise list, but now I have him as my priority for today.

I already explained I didn't push Mak off bubbles because I was agreeing more and more that bubblez was scum. My "bubblez is town" post was based almost nothing and was quickly out of date. And bubblez return was scummy. He literally lied about why he'd voted and why he left. Unfortunately he was lying to hide his anger not hide his scumminess.

I was engaging like 4 different low content or hard to read people to get all that D1 content generated. That was my priority.

Not necessarily. Scum might have killed her hoping it would cause us to chase ahippo and wam

Something about the way things were worded in the night kills makes me feel Moody was the scum kill and Bessie was killed by the SK/Vig.

I didn't state an opinion on the source of Bessie's kill. It does sound like the kills are different. But I'll state an opinion now. moody becoming a tree stump does make that feel more different and less of the scum kill. I still don't understand of the "kill" turned moody into a tree stump or some doctor power saver him as a tree stump.

Seems as if the flame purified Moody and saved him from death. Moody claims it wasn't part of his role, so it had to come from elsewhere.

Devour seems like kill flavor to me. Moody getting tree stumped seems more like an ability that was used on Moody, like in Human or Dancer Mafia.

This seemed like a darkpit situation, but I feel town you would defend them hard, even laying your life down for them.

Also, the flavor mentions Bessie's character being killed. However the flavor for moody does say he was stumped instead of dying.

@madge: you are specifically told that you're a miller, right? Does the above align with what you know?

I don't know flavour, but no, my role PM looks like the one in the OP with regards to who I'm aligned with (yes shepherd / no calamnity). The language in my PM is along the lines of something to do with my character giving inaccurate results to some investigative roles - so not even "negative" or "scum", just "inaccurate", so maybe it will show me as being from this Bersaria game? I'm really lost with all this flavour, my eyes kind of slide off my role PM lol

That said neither NK seems to make sense as a vig target for me? I think Sabrar's post about doc dodging / two scum teams firing at each other is more likely. Especially because I tried to do a two-scum-team thing on a much smaller game because I thought it was PIZZAZZ and Adam has told me he does PIZZAZZ not bastardry so it would make sense

Flavorwise what I have been able to confirm with the mods is that being corrupted and being devoured are both a method of death, and being corrupted is associated with Therions which are unique type of demons in Berseria.
I'm hoping people will be able to make more sense of this, I'm also hoping we can find scum independent from flavor-speculation.

Well, what makes me think bessie was the scum kill is that historically, I've usually been miselim bait due to my meta.

That's a possible interpretation upon first glance. I think it's more likely that Bop meant their read was wrong.

LaserGuy hasn't posted today and he didn't interact with me D1. I'll wait for some content before I update my read on him.
I believe ahippo's claim, consequently his behavior surrounding it. I do not want to spend too much time on him right now.

I will, but I wanted to get some pointers on what seems significant to people, so I can be a little more focused than just randomly skipping through D1. I generally find that trying to re-read everything doesn't give me a lot of insight compared to the time I spend on it.

I'd say there are more people (myself included), who'd worry about town bessie as scum, why do you think of Sabrar specifically?

Ok, that is quite clear about being some miller-adjacent thing. I'm not sure what (or who) these sheperds and lords of calamity are or what these alignments mean, but I'd definitely expect some kind of investigative power for them.

Moody is really strange as a target, but if there is PIZZAZZ I think the most likely explanation is some kind of redirection.

Mods confirmed these alignments are flavor only. There was some discussion that everyone claim them today.
