Don't have time to do detailed reads so just some quick thoughts as I go:

Bessie: comfortable Town
EGW: this feels like Town EGW to me
Fred: Couple of hard townships have convinced me he's town.
Gluelock: Null.
Heury: Minimal content. The stuff that he has seems to be focused on very irrelevant things. Scum lean.
JC: Null.
Madge: Pretty sure she townslipped hard.
Mak: Find myself agreeing with most of his thoughts. Nothing jumped out at me as problematic. Town lean.
Moody: Tone is very odd for moody. Not sure what to make of it. Scum lean.
Seven: Initial pressure on EGW gave me townie vibes, but the lack of follow through has me questioning that. Leaving him at slight Town but this is a slot I want to come back to when I have more time.
Somitomi: Decent engagement, though I feel he's light on putting out any actual reads or following up on his queries. Leaving him at scum lean.
Wam: I think the reads list error is >rand town from Wam.

I feel like I'm lacking in good scumreads. I think there is a world where a somitomi/Seven/lurker scumteam is possible. I don't have a great sense of others since there's too many people with too little content.

I would like to ask everyone: If we extend, do you think we will actually get enough votes for an elimination? From my perspective, that seems highly unlikely due to the current spread on votes. We are one vote away from an extension, and I will vote to extend if y'all think we could use it to accomplish anything.

We will get enough votes if we extend and we will get enough votes if we don't.

@EGW regarding moody not putting bessie at +4: I was being facetious, both with that and Alli using "it's odd" (I haven't actually looked through her meta to see if that's the case). Moody's rebuttal is entirely fair. I wanted to see how you would respond to me providing a low-effort read, and it factored into what I said here:
Seven wrote: Tue Sep 03, 2024 6:31 am That being said, I don't have EGW as locked town as I usually do. That initial question toward me still rings, and his strong town read of me is not something that I am used to. While he is aware that I often prefer to sit back early on, it usually leads to him beginning to waver on his read.
Additionally, I wanted to see how Alli would respond to my meta-note. I predicted that town!Alli would react to it some sort of "well shoot..." manner. She hasn't responded to it, however.

Also regarding Glue, I'd recommend taking a look at his play that game. From what I remember, he was quite playful.

I struggle reading Moody, so any other insight on him I can get (from a town read) is helpful. Also, it's things like this that solidify my town read of you. I wasn't willing to re-evaluate Thea without a reads list / further play.

Usually, I do waver on you. However, this game you haven't given me reason to. It's as shrimple as that.

Missed this. Not that I remember but my memory of games is not at you or Bessie's levels.

Thea: What changed in terms of you read on me. Also, how is Moody's tone odd to you? Why does that make him scum? Finally, can you show an example of Somi not following up a read you would expect him to as town?

Noting that Glue hasn't posted in two days, and nearly five pages.

@Mod can we ping him?

Might be willing to switch over to him in case a hammer is needed.

Ok so deadline is in under 10 hours and we are nowhere close to a majority elim

According to the most recent official vote count we are one extension vote short of getting an extention which I think is the only reasonable way we will get a majority elim this phase so if you are town and haven't voted for an extension yet please do so!

I think JC should be strongly considered as a last minute switch as we have nothing from him at all and I don't see it changing anytime soon. The coalition on madge doesn't look great to me so I'm nervous about that wagon being the front runner. I def think moody is a better play over madge and Ill keep my vote there for now

Meant the coalition on gluelock* doesn't look great and that I prefer moody elim to glue*

Seven, also your constant doubt of my read on you is townie. You never seem to have that as scum. As scum, you just accept me as town usually unless I get myself into a shitty situation with Gheb.

I was going to wait for you to find that yourself or let Wam answer. I am curious what your thoughts are on Glue at the moment. You mention his play in Baldur's being playful. How does that compare to here?

There’s no way to identify his alignment right now, uou just mentioned that he was being a stickler (I don’t recall the exact phrase you used) but that’s not how I recall it. He was care free, and his vote, hi, smile and dip aligns with that.
