Been trying to dig into the flavor for a bit and I'm worried it's going to end with me getting the game. People were describing it as a ps2 style rpg as a negative. Insane.

I've got no thoughts regarding the first vote Sabrar got in, as first post voting barely even counts. (Until like Day 4 when suddenly it makes sense retroactively on my paranoid conspiracy board)

I see Bop reads from the same playbook as Madge. And Adum trolling her with an eternal D1 makes sense now that she's an Avengers-level threat.

I once played a game on another site where each day phase had a deadline of a year. And everyone was kicked from the game for breaking site rules of discussing the game outside of the game.

I'd accept year long days only with horribly strict posting requirements (like, one a month).

During Day 2 someone scum slipped and the game was solved.

It's a great game, truly. All of the Tales series is awesome, it's just Zestiria was tragically short in a series of long, story rich games.

As for D1 stuff, I'm never good with it

Im not hard clearing sab off that or anything but I do think scum!sab is generally not excited to be scum and plays a bit more reserved. This is 100% a shooting from the hip meta read tho

You're 100% correct in your read, but as people will be happy tell you, I do have the capability to fake emotions as scum. This was a hilarious read from Seven in PYP.

I haven't played actively in over a decade-but I used to play on the old xkcd forums and irc chat from maybe 2009 until about 2012(was Dloink or DarkLoink on there?) so that's why my terms are a bit rusty. I've got like 50's slang equivalents.

Lol, nah. In retrospect you were obviously scum once you voted for me. I was just so frasseled by RL stuff and seven's stubbornness that one more "town failure" slipped under the radar. You are a better scum hunter that Seven and town!you would have voted for fonti or cheese.

Hello! I'm actually pretty new on the XKCD forums. I've looked at things in the past here but never participated. I've played Mafia on and off since like 2010ish and my most recent stint was with Discord Mafia during Quarantine, played with them for a couple years. Was informed this was kicking off and wanted to give it a shot
