Mak, per the rules, this is a game and it's meant to be fun. Can you please watch your tone?

@Adum give me the tl;dr sell on wam wagon. Also do you agree or not with Fred and Worst being considered here? If I'm being inclusive maybe bessie too?
TL;DR on Wam was for a player of Wam's Calibur
I don't think asking for solves makes sense from a town incentives because it sets up an impossible standard, hence why neither did it. Town would want a more incisive question, but if it were fully responded to, it would be useful for setting to mis-elim over, unless it's something they normally did at this stage. Nothing in wam's past games explains it.
For the bolded, I cant empathize enough of how moot this point I think it is. You arent analyzing Wam approach or intention here (like you say you usually do). You are assigning a goal that you think Wam would've had when is not the case at all. Like I have done almost the exact same thing as wam as town in other games and I could see what their intention to itself was. They werent interested in having an accurate solve, or having a high standard ffs it was super early in the game. It was a move to get interactions / flow the game in any direction which is exactly what they did sheepingmy vote afterwards.
And you in the second part say "useful for getting a mis-elim" , then I invite you to read how they sheeped my thea vote, to then after a while call the movie quoting more towny and just engage in their own on the worst.
Like Im sorry if I seem too blunt here, but I dont think the scumcase is valid/correct here at all

And both thea and seven sheeping your vote is a super bad look. Looking specifically to @Seven because I expect that them would value my townread there more or at least engage to it instead of feigning ignorance to it and conveniently sheep

Adum: I seek the finest and the bravest knights in the land to join me in my court at Camelot.
bessie: How long do we have to wait before we know if the miracle works?
Fred: Nobody's perfect.
JC: The Dude abides.
Makhaira: Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope.
Moody: Round up the usual suspects.
Santy: The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.
Seven: Wait a minute. If we let it in, the ship could be infected. You know the quarantine procedure... 24 hours for decontamination.
somitomi: Just keeping swimming.
the worst: Show me the money.
Wam: And that is the whole problem with aliens, is you just can't trust them. Occasionally you meet a nice one: Starman, E.T. But usually they turn out to be some kind of big lizard!
Dont buy this read on me in the slightlest , or the read on wam. They didnt interact or tried to call out wam on something not even once.
Feels like thea is spending more time looking at vague quotes that could mean anything that actually solving . Im okay with posting in particular ways , but its perfectly achievable to do so while providing content or see a particular solving headspace. Im seeing none of that with Thea here

i'm not super motivated to engage with "the worst is scummy because they aren't here". y'all if people's alignments changed based on their schedules, some of us would be town in every game and half of us would have a new alignment every 3 days. i'm probably the bottom poster, i am the definition of low-hanging fruit so far. this reasoning is lazy and if you're town buying into this, i need you to try harder. i'm not above being scumread or even scumread for silly reasons but like. we also have mafia to find.
anyway definitely keen to engage & try to get more active. i think someone asked for my reads so hopefully those help.
i think i like wam looking for reasons to scumread my memes about being scared of bessie. i liked when someone said "who isn't" that got a smile. i'm struggling with remembering who's posted what so far it'll settle eventually.
This is town

I will say Mak engagement and tilt in the argument seems genuine? But is not that obvtown . At least is hard for me to relate on where does that annoyment comes from. (As in, I get why they would get bothered over someone complaining abouth themselves as lhf and shift the blame to other people but still not at that level? Maybe Im just more used to it and its something *common* for me to see but idk)
The way worst said it + reads and content and general engagement this last page seems pretty towny to me. And I do think that regardless of worst alignment the "scared of bessie" thing was mostly a joke since I didnt really believed that they were scared of them and was moreso an opener that they tried to stick with and got caught up in semantics moreso than a real perspective slip from my perspective

Self pres activity is NAI tbh. From both alignments its the correct play / mindset to have.
The nuances I usually look for is if they have an agenda / convenient push atm or how their view is slipping. Are they trying to solve, or trying to just survive?

Can people please ensure their votes are on a new line (with whitespace around it) and also that they don't use bold to emphasise other players' names? You're fine to bold whole sections but bolded @Madge or "Madge: obvscum
" interferes with counting a bit.
Votals:
the worst - 4 (wam, somi, thea, mak)
Fred - 3 (moody, santy, the worst)
wam - 2 (adum, Seven)
Not voting: Bessie, Fred, JC
With 12 players alive it's 7 votes to hammer.
Deadline for D1 will be 4 PM China time, 3 AM US eastern, 8 AM UTC, all on the 5th of November. That is approximately 8 hours from now.

In regards to Bessie, she always seems town to me in her pays, but one thing I noticed is the content she posts. In this last game it tended to be a little different since it was harder for her to give actual reads when she was making them up, since she didn't want to clear anyone completely while she was scum.
So far, this seems to be trending in the same direction as far as content goes.
It's day 1, so we'll see where it goes, but something to keep an eye on.
I think Mak and Worst are town. I feel the frustration from both ends, and it just seems town centric.

Failure to provide that = death.

What we have here is a fundamental difference in interpretarion for what he was trying to say because you think he was asking for something different than he asked at the surface level. I don't think context suggests or further explanation suggests that.
I don't think we're gonna agree on this point of Wam's play, I'm open to being convinced that I'm wrong here by other elements of Wam's play though but now we're just rehashing the same things.
