hahahaha of course. i knew i was gonna be alive today because i suck but i guess it was too much to hope that Thea would be here so I wouldn't have to think.

like, there's no objective proof that fred is town, right? i still think on balance he's more likely to be town than moody is, but..... paranoia sets in

i'm going to need to do some re-reading, i'll hopefully have some time tomorrow night.

My initial suspicion is that if moody is scum, he killed thea because thea found me townie and him scummy.

If fred is scum, he killed thea because the alternative would be convincing Thea to vote for me or moody, whereas with me and moody he's de facto kingmaker.

@all: my "this is why i'm town" resume is that despite my shitty reads in general, i was voting somi and only switched to heuri because i trusted mak more than i trusted myself. i literally hammered bessie (i'd obviously have hammered literally anyone in that situation, but i was behind the bessie vote, only didn't vote earlier because i was worried people had stuff to say, etc, and despite all my antics was never not going to make that hammer), and while I wasn't on the somi wagon it was only because I was wanting to let everyone weigh in, I was on board with it. I was wrong about some others but i've been on the right side of wagons more often than not to an extent that would be erckless for scum to bus with

@mak: tell me what to do, please. am I crazy for reconsidering my townread of Fred? sometimes I wonder if that's the only reason I made it this far (lol, I somehow seem to make it to the final day regardless of my alignment)

i thought I answered your question ("why would moody do this?"), you might have to rephrase it for me.

Well, I can only assume given the amount of time that's passed, moody had a chance to hammer, meaning he's town (FMPOV (from my point of view), in case Fred doesn't know that acronym).

@moody: can you confirm you had a chance to hammer and didn't?

if it weren't for Mak existing and the fact that maybe moody didn't actually have an opportunity to hammer, I would place a real vote on Fred now.

I've been checking in on the game every so often all day, so yeah if I'd wanted you elimed yet I would have had plenty of opportunity. I'm wanting to see what Mak is going to contribute myself.

You let me know what you need from me - I don't see a world in which you don't take the win as scum, which means that fred was actually scum all along(!!!!), once again proving that i suck at this game.

I think you can put together something if you'd like. I can do my own and see where they march together. Thea saying that less content day before ELO is better was something new for me seeing as I'm not usually involved in this part of the game. Truthfully, I don't think scum!Fred had much choice in NK since Thea had a town result from a confirmed cop.

Absolutely in no hurry to vote. I have my self imposed homework, waiting for Madge's case, and for whatever you put together.

If moody is scum he could have already won. He's clear by that. My vote's not moving.

Fred has retracted his claim but that could be wine. Which is suspicious tbh - from moody/mak's POV, if Fred is town, telling the truth about his claim, then we could win if we vote Fred and have him vengeful kill scum!me.

I feel like his retraction of the claim immediately before voting me is extremely suspicious in light of that.

Scum moody: would have already won, will win either way, disregard

Assume Town moody:
Town fred, scum madge: fred is voted off and kills madge, left with town moody only, town wins, yay!
scum fred, town madge: fred is voted off, left with town moody + town madge only, town wins, yay!

TBH I'm kind of inclined to avoid all this re-reading shit if we can solve it as simple as that.
