I'm going to be honest, I feel like I'm genuinely bad at Mafia. I feel like I constantly am stuck clarifying stupid jokes that I thought were clever at the time instead of making actual content.
This is being written at 1:47 AM and I don't think I will regain connection before I go to bed. Continuing writing in the morning. Leaving the above as-is.

Yaaaa, my apologies for not being here, I misremembered the deadline and was otherwise engaged. Need to put an alarm for next one.
Unrelatedly, I'm gonna say it, I'm 99% sure I fucked up on the Mak scumread. I ADAMANTLY disagree that an early claim for a noob read like Fred with nothing scummy about them makes sense in this setup, but that's something that we'll discuss post-game.
I'll reread the interaction but Som tried to direct the wagon onto Mak, and as I understand it Som didn't have that much pressure on them at that point, so it's unlikely it was an attempt at distancing, which would be the the sorcerer's advantage if they knew they were gonna die. Not when a fair number of people were already suspicious of Mak and he could've potentially been lynched.
I'm also in the noobtown camp for Freddino now. I find the night posting really unlikely with a scum partner actively communicating with them. Seems like somebody lost and alone unless the other wolf was inactive.
Gotta reread a bunch of stuff with the knowledge of SomSorc and EGW town.

Not claiming one way or the other yet. You proposed it and I haven't decided if it's to town's advantage.
I'd like other player's thoughts first, particularly Mak's.
The fact that Bessie's still alive and the the martyr didn't die tells us scum didn't go for Bessie, we have 3 more days til lylo (2 to Mylo if the hunter dies with the wrong target) and with that the longer we wait the more reads we can get confirmed if we do decide to lynch them or scum kills them.
Speaking of which

the martyr or bessie not being dead does mean they didn't attack bessie but i could reasonably see that as a gambit (scum is super fucked from this gamestate imo)

Bessie you need to claim result ASAP, NO ONE SHOULD COUNTERCLAIM UNTIL BESSIE HAS POSTED RESULT

Ah yes, þe olde Follow the Cop plan. It seems so simple, and yet I've rarely seen the game played that way. I like Doop's plan because it gives us a win-win, and Doop's optimism is infectious.

At this point they pretty much have to claim every person they tried to target and every result they got or they're getting lynched.
That serves neither town nor scum, it's in their interests to play along.
