Adum didn't actually say it was a self watcher, just what we're taking from Boom's claim, which we have confirmation of from the flavor cop as being true... unless that's also a lie.

"a list of abilities A PERSON is targeted by" is phrased in a very passive way. I think if adum meant that the psychic could target slots other than themselves, he would have disambiguated it there. the diction here very clearly suggests to be that "default" psychic in adums mind has a power that returns a list each night of all abilities that targeted the player with the psychic ability

Sab I could see the 3P basically having a special parity rule that triggers pre-kingmaker scenario if the kill condition is met

in my mind this condition would trigger based on satisfaction of "devouring" the 8 types of malevolence and I could see the flavor of being shepard vs. calamity aligned help this hypothetic 3p role with figure out who is which character and therefore what kind of malevolence "class" they are likely to satisfy. I can see this being sophisticated enough to be view by adum as a fair "game ending" 3P wincon and therefore not bastard

for comparison if you can dig it up you can look at Sephiroth's role from FF7 mafia on smashboards, he had a marking ability that would cause a unique parity game end if he had all living players marked (or maybe just the majority of living players marked? been awhile I cant exactly recall)

How useful do you feel you're going to be the rest of the game?

How can we trust you for the rest of the game now that everyone has flavor claimed, at this point you can now coast through and just say "so and so is not aligned with a Lord of Calamity"

And if you are scum, and you get to a point where you can lie to get someone Miselimmed because you can say they lied about their claim... well we are screwed.

This feels more like a justification of 'you are not that useful anymore its okay to yeet yoy' rather than you actually committing to a read here. Like the reply to this doesnt help you solve EGW at all?

Yeah, again, I must be stupid because I read that as of Bessie was to target A PERSON she would know what roles targeted that person... which is A PERSON.

I have no idea what he did to me, but I have reason to believe I can rule out roleblocking

fwiw Im pretty sure none of the flipped townslots have any indication they are lord of calamity aligned which makes it a bit of a suss result but also too obvious especially with people saying that flavor is modconfirmed not AI

As in, I do believe that the statement that being aligned with a shepard or lord of calamity *alone* isnt AI , but contrasti g it with other info could lead to results.

Otherwise EGW role would be useless, and all the talk about being aligned with one lord or shepard, or all the heavy flavor/lore summary Adum was making

If he is town, then he's useful, and he is not okay to yeet. But we don't know if both of either flavor cops are town. If Boom and EGW are both scum and Boom did in fact use his JOAT ability to self target with his psychic ability and found out he was targeted by a flavor cop. And his scum mate is also a flavor cop, then he would know he can claim there are two flavor cops.
