If we're going into experience with previous games of this type, I was in one which was similar but not exact. Scum wanted to be voted out, but it was plurality vote not a trust fall situation. I was scum with wam, and I got elimed D1 much to my joy; took wam until 3-person endgame to win for us. bessie was also in that game, and I feel a little bad because she might still have a bitter taste about it.

I'm going to be an asshole and state it. Wam was scum in the previous game, got elimmed. It's possible he replaced out after realizing during sign ups that he got scum and noped out. I'm not going to bank it on this, which is why I think it's important to read Bessie by her content. But I'm impatient. Regardless, highly don't think either should be voted ever.

See this makes me slightly hesitant because scum would love to turn a t/t issue into a “never vote these” which raises scum’s chances remarkably especially for end game. No, I think it's still possible because people were giving Bessie a town read after having heury as >rand scum. Possible that the motivation is low in the team and that could lead to such a high risk high reward gambit.

I do agree that it's more likely Heury didn't consult Bessie on this, knowing she is very busy, and is a replacement. I would think he'd decide solo in consideration of her already low time commitment. Plus it could possibly result in people clearing Bessie, which I think is a major mistake. Instead, keep an eye on her.

I just don’t see the reason to attempt the theater as a scum team.

The way I see it, Db as mafia is town reading a >rand scum move and sticking to it to prop up a buddy with a hard gambit. Does town reading Heury all game make sense from a town perspective? That is my major hang up with DB.

I simply thing that its >rand town instead, additionally, I like most parts of Heury's posts after, I feel it is a bit hyperbolic to say all game, when its mid day 1. I don't have a reason to be paranoid on my Heury read today, I'm always analyzing, but only one person can trust fall Heury, so they are at the bottom of my scared of meter for the day.

Going to say as the master of misreading the setup, I think seven made that one very clear in the startup post, which Heury had to have read to know Bessie was in the game, unless scum partners.

BOP -Mak

Then I'm left with a pool of Moody, Greedy, and EGW?

Of all those I'd pair up with prolly EGW, at this point, ofc reads would change throughout days, but I'd rather substitute Bessie in for Kay any day myself.

I'm open to the idea of waiting till day 2 on it now, I think somi's post that initially confused me actually made me think a bit more, and Day 2 Bessie is >>> town than Day 1 bessie IMO now. Open to others thoughts on this.
