I received a message saying that it failed, and I made an assumption that Sabrar was likely the cause of it, which is what prompted me to act like I knew that Sabrar acted on me

Then I'm down with that. I have no problem being checked, because if one of the cops lies we'll know after I flip town.

I'm going to make a few more assumptions.

1. heury will be fully resolved either way D4. I'm trusting bessie to provide sufficient info regardless of our questions, so the only way heury will not be confirmed is if he suddenly claims to have been blocked from chat, which I don't believe to be a role in the game. Therefore for any further analysis we can assume heury is town, otherwise he becomes the automatic yeet D4.

2. There is no more redirection. Redirection is the single most powerful ability as it screws over all other targeted powers. 2 redirections given to same scum-team should not happen, and 2 redirections on opposing scum-teams is a logistical nightmare, especially with a motivator existing. Also we have not seen any evidence of a redirection so far.

3. Flavor cops always give accurate results (i.e no godfather or similar role exists). 2 cops having to work together is already a huge deal, if you introduce fake results there their worth is almost nothing.

With these assumptions above plan should be able to fully clear JC with both cops being protected. If there are any conflicting reports then yeeting the two players involved should give us the win. Trust somi over EGW but keep an open mind and don't rush things.

Sabrar , wouldnt one cop being scum render the other useless be the same as if one of the cops dies? While I do agree that the role feels towny dont think its good logic to clear them because of that. Regardless, both coordinating should be able to give us valuable info so not a priority regardless

Well no, unless town is unlucky enough to have one of the cops die N1, the cops aren't useless from the outset

I do think that if there is other mafia/scum , its unlikely that they are able to kill imo, again 3 deaths per night is too much.

But that second mafia not having a factional kill or like, inheriting it if the other is gone could be a possibility in my mind.

Like, specially considering how each role of death had a part that let people keep talking (Mak's role making the corrupted by malevolence mafia be stumps, and heury kill masoning their targets. Another third kill just seems weird to fit in, and too bloodlusty or killing power heavy in a setup in where I feel wasnt intended for people to drop like flies)

Multiball with one mafia kill but also an SK or vig feels a bit convoluted to me. Then again I don't think it's worth debating setup spec much, we'll see what drops out by tomorrow.
