The 41st season of Survivor is coming out on the 29th after a bit of a COVID hiatus. I am overwhelmingly excited and plan on talking about it here. I do not plan on using spoilers so read at your own risk. Super fans (and all others) welcome. Due to work schedule I'll likely watch each episode a few days after it airs, but I'll be around to chat about each episode.

Yeah I like JD a lot, but even after episode 1 it was evident he would say the wrong thing and not make it to the end. I'd love to see him go far. I think my favorite to win right now is Evvie. This season has a lot of smart players in it. Not sure I like the whole roll the dice for a chance at immunity every tribal, though could make things interesting for potential need to split the vote always to get someone out in late game.

I was hoping when they all had to sneak out on boats it would be a forced tribe swap and the rest of the tribes would wake up with one person new from another tribe. Would be hilarious. I do really enjoy the interactions with other tribe members outside of their own tribe. Shaping up to be a good season.

Yeah. I'm liking the soft prisoners dilemma, it's interesting that the meta is maybe going to focus on votes? Losing them stealing them doubling them etc. It's nice not to have a theme this season and just sort of have the ability to read your own theme. I really like it.

Do we want to have a spoiler policy? For me I just am disciplined about not viewing survivor-related webpages until after I've seen the episode, I assume you're about the same? (i.e. no need to tag spoilers)
