I think, as Seven pointed out, we were also figuring that Adum was the protected NK (maybe 80% likelyhood or so) which would have led to us thinking of Adum as green so that scum!Seven would see no cost to confirming that given after the initial burst SoD we're not likely to elim Adum

Like surely “we were figuring Adum was protected NK” was TMI that Adum was the target. Yes, Adum had implied he believed he was the save, but the rest of us were unsure at the point until things were clarified more.

Anyways, the meta question on no yeets. I was mostly trying to get an idea of people's stated values and compare them with behavior because it was wierd to me. Especially Thea not even mentioning it when I just read a game with them openly endorsing it from the old site.

Cards on the table, I generally consider an extra Yeet a resource that we can use when there's no viable good elim targets but given it's a Madge game I was unsure of balancing choices.

Even so, except for my roll and that I think I'd done a good job at making myself an obvious NK choice, I would've probably suggested it because they both looked like such bad yeets that it was worth rolling the dice for the math being in town's favor. So, for transparency that's my convictions.

But, at least initially I didn't find anything weird, people played approximately like their stated views with Thea correctly pointing out that the nature of a role madness setup changes things.

I did find one weird thing that happened later:

No elim is generally bad for town, its only worth doing in certain scenarios where you can have confidence in the number of elims per night and can get a slightly more advantageous town to scum ratio or in games where town has worked out strong PR synergies that are hard for scum to undermine when town is ahead on ratio or night economy tempo. I think now is so not the time to have this meta discussion though we literally need to be focusing on the wagons we are basically out of time

This directly conflicts with trying to convince people to no elim later. But town Mak is more likely to go off half cocked which this directly was whereas scum wam tends to be more methodical.

wam I had as slightly scummy due to his thinking the beef between bessie and Seven end of D1 was TvS and scumreading bessie due to it. Their fights have become so classic, they're NAI at this point, and I think wam was trying to get rid of an influential player. Also thinking his questioning activity early on might have been demonstrative as per someone's theory about it.

somi's been more neutral to me, nothing particular sticks out as scummy enough to prefer him over wam or definitely Mak, or even JC really.

Fascinating. Somi and bessie are both mafia. Somi crumbed bessie’s role before bessie crumbed it herself. Somi was setting up a safe claim to say that he role copped bessie.
