Also, noted in regards to the wincon. Feels weird but if thats the standard one here then the point is moot.
Flavor may indicate it from first post, but until I dont see a flip that confirms this is multiball I wont consider it

Honestly, I'm just trying to figure out what Fred's avatar (DW from Arther) means about his role/alignment. My off-the-cuff guess is that it means he is Bus Driver: https://youtu.be/yFZnNEriyRc?si=_ZJg1Vu0LhBxZou-Santygrass wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:24 amDo you have any read or impression atm Seven?

The episode listed as the title of the image has nothing to do with it.

As for thea is just vibes not vibing. But if I need to put some other words aparts from failing the simple answer to the are you town question, is that they feel particularly boxed/stiff when talking, and making post just to have some sort of 'presence' than I usually see is more wolf shaped

Exactly, I vote that we forget about the mafia game and just start discussing the best science fiction TV series of the 90s! (Sorry ds9, you know I love you too)
Or we could discuss science fiction in general, I just finished reading a book called Space Opera, it's about a universe that decided, in lieu of war, every resource dispute should be solved with a grand music competition. It has a very Douglas Adams vibe, it has a species that are basically time traveling red pandas. Well, sort of, the exist at all points of their personal timeline including "roads not taken" simultaneously, which I think is a fucking rad idea. (too bad I finished it too late to throw it in the suggestion box )

I will elaborate on my somi & Wam reads before going to sleep ~
For somi, I dont have much meta, just the slight infer of how their scumgame kinda looks like from the game I subbed in. And gth I dont think somi has much confidence in his scum tone or is able to naturally post with good cadence. As if, as scum I would imagine is much a struggle, not a noticeable one though, but from gamestate perspective I felt the ratio of posts good, and liked the *intention* or direction some posts seemed to have.
Both these questions just seem like slight prods that just get the ball rolling / give insights that feel good to have.
Poking at thea for their preferred posting style, or where was I getting my multiball ideas are just good questions. And I feel somi had (for what's little in this thread) the best simple questions, so its a towny point. That adds up with what I said above and is an already better look
Wam is def more vibes and liking the openness. Pinging and trying to directly interact with me and Seven about solving is protown and a bit bold if wolf, so Im riding with townreading that move

This jab also feels natural town. Maybe I am biased because I didnt vibe with this Seven post and the Hawk King remark I feel is weird to do as scum (Wouldnt want to give flavour info you only know of if true. And if hawk king isnt leader or something, you would be making that up replacing it in your mind to appear uninformed. Which is not like, *hard* , just unlikely jab to do from someone with scum TMI I feel like).somitomi wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 2:46 pmFiling this away for when you flip Hawk KingSeven wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 2:21 am I didn't know Santy was in! Daily bark! And a reminder for those of you that may have forgotten, I am in California and I don’t play during working hours (M-F 8am to 6pm). I will be doing most of my posting on nights and weekends.
Woof
bessie – Dog.
Wam – Wam is an experienced Mod, and pointed out the grievous modding error by the Mod Team in eliminating pre-game confirmation. And he voted for scum in his opening post. Town.
somitomi – His opening post acknowledges the offensive, contemptuous, abusive action inflicted upon me by the Mod Team. Town lean.
Santygrass – Enthusiastic opening post with no confirmation is suspicious. At the end of Page 1 they did make a confirmation post for me to analyze. I will excuse the lateness of the confirmation post because they are new here and are still learning the quirks of the forum. I get a feeling that in making a confirmation post, they are trying to be open with me and show that they have nothing to hide. I also like their early focus on the setup. Town lean.
Theallieza – Did not confirm, however, posted a one word opening post that had no information except that she is familiar with Citizen Kane. I also approve of self-imposed post restrictions and role playing. Town lean.
AdumbroDeus – Thank you for acknowledging Madge’s scumminess in your opening post which is enough for me to give you a town lean, however, I am a bit suspicious as to why you did not point out the obvious manipulative nature of the game and the Mod Team for conveniently omitting my and Wam’s votes.
JC_DADDY25 – I’m neutral about his opening post. It is borderline acceptable as a confirmation post since it contains no game information.
the worst – Has not yet posted. He’s obviously afraid of me. Scum lean.
Makhaira – See the worst above. Makhaira is lower on my list because he is more familiar than the worst with me, and knows my supernatural powers of deduction. His absence is due to fear. Scum lean.
Freddino18 – I don’t like his opening post where he totally ignores all mention of confirmation posts and Madge’s scummy behavior so far this game. He also has not once mentioned me me me. Scum lean.
moody7277 – Completely ignores Madge’s error. Possible scum with Madge. Also gets negative points for not giving out candy last night.
Seven – Claims he was looking forward to my confirmation post analysis, however, does not make a confirmation post for me to analyze. I think his opening post is a deliberate attempt to subtlety buddy me and hide his alignment from me at the same time. Also ended a sentence with a preposition on Page 2. Scummy.
Pre-post edit: I totally agree with Santy’s astute observation here.
Sabrar – I feel that Sabrar would not deliberately deny me the opportunity to do confirmation post analysis, since it allows me to deduce everyone’s alignment before the official D1 start. However, it is suspicious that he allowed Madge to do so, so I think that Sabrar is afraid of my power, so he must be scum.
Madge – Scum.

Bessie having me + my 2 townreads at the top of their readlist. The confimation post analysis having goated results??? Hype .
I think the point of Seven expecting bessie analysis but also not making a post for bessie to analyse is a good insight.

I totally deserve that.
As someone who's had the same pfp for nearly a decade, I feel changing it for every game is a bit frivolous. I've done it twice, once after the MLP debacle, and once on the old forum when we were dressing as eachother's meta. Then again, if Fred is going to make as big a deal about it as the "Ramses don't dance" thing from last game, I can't fault someone for trying to decode them.

Just realized I didnt fully answer the question here.Santygrass wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 2:50 amSome form of affirmation, tbh
I replied with what was I expecting if they were town. And most of all just throw the ball and get some back and forth hopefully.
My reply to the question being deflected was to answer with a vote because I do believe is more scummy than towny to reply that way, and follow along with get the ball rolling , just in a bit more confrontational way. But again, don't think it moved much in thea perspective or approach, hence why I have the feeling they are playing like if they were in a box and not organically from ~vibes

Also, I like that bessie seems to be like, on a *mission* trying to call out madge/sabrar for doing them dirty and not giving them the confirmation content to work with. Which as scum would be something to just work with and focus, yet in their post they do some more reading on the game, in general feels like a town indicative post.
Though I am aware from past game that bessie has a really well defined playstyle and peeps calling the difference between scum and town for them being like "feeling town!bessie vs feeling obvtown!bessie" so I will keep that in mind. But that + the fact that we have similar views on who to trust (for top 3 slots at least) makes me feel good in townreading them for now
