So, I have a combination of a weird doublevoter/bulletproof power that I can do by time traveling (it gives me a few days of it). I'm gonna have to think how i handle claiming it, but I'll probably activate it d3 if i'm alive by then. I might just neglect to mention the double voting and just do the BP.
On playerlist:
1. Santygrass reads as confident scum, it's initially a gut read but when I look closer, the interaction with laserguy looks really performative. He directly asks laserguy if he's scum and then accuses him of deflection when laser responds with a movie quote that's contextual purpose is clear. There just doesn't seem to be any purpose to that question in the first place and the continued play treats it as serious, non-rvs.
Edit: Santy laying out the thought process makes it make a bit more sense and the frantic "wait I didn't answer the question" clarification style he laid it out does make it seem more legit. Still, "are you town" is a weird choice to start that line of question since it has such an obvious answer and I think classifying laser's contextually obvious affirmation as a deflection still is nasty but a concentration on play style as being a box makes more sense. I'll back off for now, wanna let this percolate more.
2. Wan's question REALLY pinged my scum senses because it's too early in a game and just seems like asking for a trail to create a mislynch. That phrasing specifically, "a solve" is the key that makes me think this way. I could see it as a semi-joke on bessy legitimately for example, she's famous for talking about d1 solves. Wanna pursue further. I don't think this excludes a wan being on a team with one of them, but both is doubtful now. One as the target, other as distancing.
3. Seven hasn't pinged me at all either way. Hoping for that to change soon. His play seems more restrained then usual at this stage of the game so I'm interested in what she does next.
4. Laserguy is a firm null, it's a very seven like play and he hasn't slipped either way. My prior experience with his scum play is that he's subtly manipulative in order to protect himself so that's what I'm looking out for.
5. Freddino reads townie, my caveat is I'm really not sure what the purple is supposed to mean.
Edit: it's really bugging me cause I wanted to do more with it to draw in Mak when he comes, but I can't if i don't undeestand it. Why the fuck is it purple?
6. Somi has given me nothing that pings me.
7. Leaning on town Bess based on her initial play over madge depriving her of her signature thing.
8. JC has nothing of note.
9. Nothing pings me about moody one way or the other.
The other two haven't posted. Hoping to finally get a townbros game with Mak.
edit: Oh, and I'm subtly referencing the Keshet from Space Opera by Cat Valente, who are a species that constantly time travel and fit perfectly with my powers.
Curious if you read it Madge, specifically because I'm wondering if they were the inspiration. I just read it, otherwise I would've submitted it.
