I took the flavor to mean that town are the Hawk King's servants before they were his servants, and scum are the utopian rebels.

This clarification also heavily implies multiball , right ? Because it basically says that there is a possibility that the game can go on even if all town is eliminated

I'm interpreting this differently, my read is that it's possible for all of town and all of scum being simultaneously eliminated, creating a draw.

The question I'd ask, does Madge/Saber have a mod philosophy where their rulesets cover for things that aren't necessarily in game in order to prevent people from metaing the rules? I know that's my mod philosophy, but I'm not sure it's true of Madge and Saber.
