In that game, I was doing confirmation post analysis so I feel that this would support putting you in the group in which I put you.

Chuckle-worthy, as in "X is totally scum because they used an exclamation point. " Even though I've seen it used several times, I remain dubious about the confirmation post analysis (most likely because I am not able to use the trick myself), but I'm not going to denigrate anyone who tries the method. I will note that this does make a tie between you and Thea.

Suspicious for reasons.
1. You misread my opening post. I interpreted the explanation point as town lean, not scum lean.
2. This read was painstakingly analyzed in the post you quoted. Still town lean. I only made two posts and you didn’t read either of them carefully.

I feel like not enough people are on theme, there was a lot more roleplay in the AI Mafia game. Beside that, there's mostly the normal day-1 posing and trash reads (trash as in meant to be throwaway/revised later in the game).

i am confused about how anyone can get readings from somi and moody, i have forgotten about them already. Seven and bessie are both larger than life, but that doesn't mean they're town, just that they have impressions on things? a trap i find i fall into is town-reading high volume/highly logical players

as much as EGW sucks for voting for me, i don't actually want to keep my joke vote on much longer as i can see myself doing confirmation bias of why i think EGW is scummy scum, so i'll unvote to improve neutrality:

in general i on't want to vote off the "noticeable posters" group, because they'll have enough rope. i think the don't remember posting group is the most fertile ground for looking for voteoff candidates, because if i can't remember that they're posting then i'm not going to remember their scummy or twonie actions, and in a vacuum we want to get rid of people who are hard to vote off later. i say that as someone who is often kept until the end by scum because i am so bad at this game, it's an absolute pain if halfway through we're left with the "phoning it in" players because we have so little to go on. i remember in one game we were voting between 2 candidates and one had just kinda fallen off the map for several half Days so we had very, very little to go on.

i personally believe the D1 vote is a crapshoot so best to shoot those craps amongst the people we will be frustrated about not having enough information on later

Please don't. A lurker flip this early gives us absolutely no information because when we go look at who they talked to what they said it's just "oh, nobody and nothing" and then D2 ends up being D1 the second part. Especially if they flip town, which in my experience is likelier to happen than not. I'd much rather elim someone who's actually done something and then deal with lurkers later, when there are at least some votes from them to scrutinise, so we're not just shooting people randomly for being too quiet.

The rules are a general ruleset with allowances for daychat but we don't even have a confirmation that there are actual scum.The rules are the vaguest on actual mechanics that I have ever seen. It's either that this game is entirely vanilla, or Adum is hiding a big stinker (wth is the name for one of those games?) (also I always phone it in until I do my in-depth analysis)
