Frozen (Mak) is town. The reason why others have a different perspective than him on his contradiction is because he wasn't initially aware that scum gave out roles first. That's the key to it all. His initial take didn't consider the roles scum gave town because he wasn't aware that they did. His response to boom was him working through what he'd want as scum LIVE after just coming to understand that scum gave out roles first. The fact that he backed himself into the very roles he initially wanted to vote for is hilariously townie as it indicates a lack of premeditation and angling for specific roles. i.e. if he were scum motivated to obtain those two roles, he wouldn't answer Boom's question in a way that outlined that motivation. He'd simply make up an alternative set of roles that he'd divvy out to town as scum. It's not difficult to do.

I think it's odd that the two roles you found least threatening are the two roles you would hope for as scum. Fonti and Sabrar aren't misinterpreting anything. Considering which roles are the least threatening implies consideration of the roles town might have.

Boom specifically asked us what which power roles we would pick for town if we were scum. I gave that list and then stated that in the event that I was scum and gave town a specific set of PRs, I would hope for atleast one of godfather and/or roleblocker because those two roles give specifically good answers to the town PRs Id prefer to be up against as scum

I am honestly shocked that so many people are having trouble parsing how these are distinctly different lenses through which to asses the PRs, matchups literally matter a lot

Swiss, I'm not sure. I haven't noted anything town indicative in her posts so far. In the last game, we TvTed all game in a cyclical manner -- the more I suspected her, the more she was suspicious of my suspicion and so on. She believed I was deliberately misinterpreting her so I've been taking extra care to try and interpret her correctly. Overall, her play has been lackluster. I was looking forward to seeing how she would go about solving this past weekend when there wasn't an excess of content, which usually keeps her in constant catch-up mode, but she didn't take advantage of it. I've just been waiting, observing to see an indication of initiative/proactive solving, but the most we've gotten is a repeated question to Fred that he already indirectly answered.

Overall while I disagree with moody about the impact of several roles, he is consistent with his ideas and his playstyle fits with either alignment. Based on tone I have a slight townlean but I don't think I've seen him play scum in a long time. Which reminds me to check D1 of Crossover where he was scum (and was 6 years ago so surely relevant).
10 minutes later: it looks like he was a bit more verbose there. No other conclusions.
As expected I have a null-read, if I was forced to guess I would say town (not taking into account the base 72.7% chance).

If they are protown (or have the Godfather role) you will succeed and be allowed to speak to them privately day and night. If they are any other Scum role, your attempt will fail and you won't get to retry.

Can we not do this? People posting their hypothetical targets only helps Town in case a Weak Doc dies, while it helps scum narrow down the PR-s they know are actually in the game.
