Title text: Any electrician will warn you to first locate and flip the house's CAUSALITY circuit breaker before touching the CIRCUIT BREAKERS one.

The breaker panel in our flat is kind of like this, whereas my parents detached house has like four breakers that shut everything off in a particular section of the house

My mother had a High Pitched Hum Generator that was personalized and portable. Tinnitus was the brandname, don't recall the model name / number.
