Reading Animal Mafia during April 1st shenanigans delights BoomFrog.

Crafting sentences while dodging common articles or "to be" verbs stimulates my mind as well.

I've been archiving pages on the Wayback Machine because I don't want to lose this.

And I'll play Madge's unbalanced experiment.

I've got an idea in my head for a D&D Mafia that is going to be semi-PyP (I'm thinking players pick their class and race, but not directly their abilities). However, my current feelings are that it might get a little crazy (think WoT3 multi-cult style crazy, though I doubt there'll be a cult), though I haven't made any final decisions yet. Given the pizazz mafia, I might hold on until the game after the game after Madge's, rather than be next in the queue.

I PMed it to Sabrar asking him to provide commentary on how atrocious it is, but I think he walked away in disgust, as he should have.

It was really fun to just go completely unhinged with it. I don't know if it'll be a good game or not, I think some of the roles are probably pretty rubbish.

In particular Wam's colonel o'neil role was originally really, really, really horrible and I actually edited his role PM to add the inventor at the last minute when I realised he had *literally no way to get his goal achieved*. I figured inventor is super universally powerful especially when you're allowed to invent your own stuff and I trust wam to invent fairly (his D1 invention is basically a colour cop OR colour parity cop, which seems balanced to me)

Also I was very, very happy to see it was Bessie who requested Hamlet - I loved Hamlet during my emo stage in year 12 and so I just put tons of quotes from my favourite sililoquies in that role PM.

Holy hell I'm grinning ear to ear right now. My role is great, the rules are great, Madge threatening to end the day on a whim is great.

Sabrar was right to not play though.

Genuinely thought Mark was not a player judging from his first post and was just dropping in to mess with us.

Sabrar reckons BoomFrog's role is too powerful which is fair. They got power creep chronologically which I mostly accounted for BUT bf I was in a hurry

QUESTION: In the militant atheist wincon, I said "[if the mod is voted out] the day ends as if there's a no-elim". The worst's wincon gives them a win if there's a no-elim. I want to say that voting out the mod is not a no-elim, the spirit of that wincon is for people to choose no-elim.

Also, if they vote me out, day ends and hammer will be handled normally.

Was the way the Day ended kinda a dick move? Maybe. But I think it was time. I'm not convinced people would have made a serious vote given another two days which was the option I had.

Let's see what happens overnight. SO MANY different roles to keep track of.

I suppose for the benefit of those spectating and speculating, I should explain that I am a serial killer. This doesn't relate to anything I was doing on D1 in any way, but my goal is apparently to be the last man standing. I have an even(ish) night kill and a resurrection ability to help me with that goal.
I'm also in a neighbour chat with Jimbob.
The one actual thought I had about the game is that we might all be some flavour of indie, but I'm absolutely not 100% on this so I have be real careful with setup discussions.
