Er... can anyone figure this out?

I see different pictures depending on whether I'm viewing it via xkcd.com or m.xkcd.com. The former ends up with a radio button that starts spouting non-sensical "programming" instructions via audio. The latter ends up with a screen with the WinLogo turtle on it and a few dashes to its left. Phone posting though, so can't be bothered to dig further or post screenshots or anything.

Xkcd.com has audio programming instructions for me as well while m.xkcd.com is a turtle. I'm assuming the picture will change and we can influence it somehow?
