i spoke to two people on two days

person #1 was in a very loud room and i struggled to hear her

person #2 spoke. so. slowly. i. couldn't. bear. it. and. also. was. very. unclear.

anyway they weren't v helpful and were wrong about which depot my parcel was in but anyway i believe my husband successfully picked it up
