The every hour thread has gotten too many multi-hour posts, so I've decided to make a more granular version.

At 12am, 6am, 12pm, and 6pm UTC each day, a new point becomes available. The first person to post after that earns the point. As with every hour, if multiple points have become available since the last post, the next poster will get all of those points.
